| I/We understand that, while the company will undertake every reasonable measure to ensure the safety of persons participating in the tour, I/We understand that
I/We participate totally at our own risk. |
| I/We confirm that we are to able to operate a 4 wheel drive vehicle in moderate off-road conditions, and that we have some experience and we can operate an off-road vehicle safely and know basic off road fundamental practices. Please note that the minimum age of driver/s is 25. |
| I/ We understand that we must have medical and personal accident risk Insurance to cover this type of trip. |
| The Company must be informed of any Medical Conditions affecting persons on the tour at the time of booking. |
| I/ We agree that the Company reserves the right to terminate this contract at your cost if the driver of the vehicle is seen to be driving recklessly or dangerously which could result in damage to the vehicle or injury to our staff or members of the tour, our tour leaders. The Company will also not tolerate drivers or passengers who seem to cause distress or annoyance to others. Vehicles are not to be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs in accordance with the Laws of
Thailand. |
| I/We agree to have correct visa’s to enter the country, where required. |
| I/We agree to have correct vaccinations for traveling in the Thai countryside. |

I/We understand that Deposits/final payments are non refundable and understand that the Company recommends you have insurance to cover this loss. The Company will try to assist by changing booking dates if possible but at the Company’s discretion.

In the unlikely event that the Company have to cancel the holiday, the Company will advise you at the earliest possible time, and will refund the deposit and final payments, if already paid.

All drivers are required to obtain an International Driving License from your home country (Normaly easily available from the Post Office) or before you enter Thailand, unless you hold a Laos, Malaysian on Singapore driving license, which are accepted in Thailand, even if held by foreigners.
